The renovation introduces a thoughtful series of structural and interior upgrades across 2 levels of the home. On 1/F, a new header beam was added at the ceiling, reinforcing the space while supporting the broader design vision. An additional room at 1/F garage was legalized, adding extra 330 square feet of habitable space to the house.
2/F upstairs underwent a more comprehensive transformation, beginning with the remodeling of the master bathroom, an intimate space of approximately 56 square feet. The kitchen was reimagined for both beauty and function. The existing 16-foot partition wall between the kitchen and the living room was demolished to create a more open and fluid layout. A new HSS steel beam will be installed at the ceiling to provide the necessary structural support for the expanded space.
Construction was completed in 2025. Following its renovation, the home was sold at a significant profit, a testament to the strength of its design vision and the value of its carefully executed upgrade.
