
This project transformed underutilized warehouse space into a modern office to support the expansion of the sales and marketing team. The design draws on BEAM Plus and WELL Building Standards, creating a healthy, sustainable, and energy-efficient workplace.
Key features include high-efficiency electrical systems, motion-sensor lighting, low-flow sanitary fittings, and low VOC materials to enhance indoor environmental quality. Indoor planting further improves air quality and user comfort.
A central circulation spine links the existing and new office areas, anchored by an elevated timber deck made of recyclable materials that also functions as a collaborative public space. A 16-seat boardroom and communal kitchen are positioned along this axis, visually connecting key functions. Casual seating areas encourage interaction, while glazed supervisor rooms along the façade maximize natural daylight penetration into the open office.
Dedicated rooms for server and printing equipment ensure proper ventilation and minimize noise and air pollution within the workspace.
