This project involves a 5,700 square foot single-family estate originally built in 1923, comprising six bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a study and family room. The estate sits on a 0.897 acre lot in Burlingame, California, and was last sold in 2018 to a private development for redevelopment. The originally estate will be demolished and the site will be sub-divided into three contiguous lots, each accommodates a super high-end single family residence. The gross floor area of the future three properties to be approximately 12,100 square feet.
Chu Design Associates and Ripley Design Group served as the Project Architect and Landscape Architect respectively. Philia Earth supported the entitlement process by producing visualizations of the building façade and landscape details.
